37. An authorization issued under section 22 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2) is valid for 5 years. To renew the authorization, an application must be filed with the Minister not later than 180 days before the end of the 5-year period.
Information or documents previously filed with the Minister in connection with an application need not be re-filed if the applicant attests to their current accuracy.
